Hitler likely travelled to Munich from Haus Wachenfeld by train either early in the day or late the night before to meet with his cabinet at Hotel Reichsadler, 32 Herzog-Whilhelm Strasse, Munich.


He issued a law concerning the pronouncing and execution of capital punishment (Death Penalty), proclaiming post date ‘acts’ committed during the period from 31st January to February 28th 1933 would be punished to the fullest extent to this law and death sentences, if committed, would be carried out by hanging if the accused committed crime(s) against public security. This would allow the Government of the Reich (Nazi’s) to punish the man arrested for setting fire to the building of the German Reichstag on the evening of 27th of February 1933.  HLSNUREMBERGTRIALSPROJECT


Published instruction to party for one-day nationwide boycott of Jewish merchants (businesses and professionals) for April 1st in Nazi owned newspaper, Voelkischer Beobachter. The instructions indict that all local organization committees should immediately identify jewish business and professionals and communicate which business to boycott and which are ok to purchase from. This would be expected to happen in a 1-2 period as the one-day boycott was scheduled for two days later on April 1st, at 10am sharp. 


The instructions also included outlined limits for boycotting jewish students and professionals and demanded for the introduction of a numerous clasus that would be restricted to three branches. 1) Students, 2) Medical Professionals, and 3) Legal Professionals would be identified in order to heighten the force of the boycott. 


The central committee for the defense against Jewish horror and boycott agitation announced Julius Streicher would begin his work on this day tasked with creating and directing the committee. Members of the committee included Karl Holz, Robert Ley, Adolf Huehnlein, Heinrich Himmler, Hans Oberlindober, Jakob Sprenger, Walter Darre, Dr. Von Renteln, Dr. Hans Frank II, Dr. Gerhard Wagner, Willy Koerber, and Dr. Achim Gercke.
